مهرجان دولي للأفلام السينمائية القصيرة بأنواعها الثلاث يقام فى جمهورية مصر العربية والدول العربية والأوروبية
تنظمه الجمعية المصرية العربية للثقافة والإعلام والفنون برئاسة مؤسسه المخرج الدكتور / علاء نصر
مسابقـــة الفيلـــم القصـــير الدوليــــــة
يقصد بالفيلم القصير في هذه المسابقة : الفيلم الروائي ، الفيلم التسجيلي ، افلام التحريك . تم اضافة قسمين الى المسابقة في الدورة الثامنة للمهرجان هما تم اضافة مسابقات جديدتان لمهرجان كام الدولي للافلام القصيرة
وهما : مسابقة لصانعي المحتوى
كما سيقام عرض لميديا الذكاء الاصطناعي على هامش المهرجان بمصاحبة ندوة لمتخصصين بالمجال لمعرفة اجابيات وسلبيات هده التقنية وكيفية التعامل معها
وهده فرصة للشباب للتقدم بابداعاتهم - ومسابقة صناع المحتوى )
وتقبل مشاركة جميع دول العالم على ان تكون سنة انتاج الفيلم قبل عامين فقط من المشاركة ( وهذا استثناء لهذه الدورة فقط نظرا لتوقف المهرجان الفترة السابقة وتتم إجازة عرض الفيلم بالمهرجان بعد توصيات لجنة المشاهدة التى تضم خمسة سينمائيين ، وتقبل إدارة المهرجان مشاركة جميع الافلام على فلاشة صالحة للعرض صوت وصورة وتتم اجازته بعد وصول النسختين وعرضه على لجنة المشاهدة بعد قفل باب استلام الأفلام ، ويتم قبول واستقبال الافلام المشاركة قبل موعد المهرجان اعتباراً من شهر يناير حتى شهر أغسطس .
شــــروط المسابقـة :
1. يجب ألا يتعدي زمن عرض الفيلم الروائي القصير عن 30 دقيقة
2. يجب ألا يتعدي زمن عرض الفيلم التسجيلي أو الوثائقي عن 30 دقيقة
3. يجب ألا يقل زمن فيلم التحريك عن 1 دقيقة وألا يتعدي زمنه 30 دقيقة
الجـــوائــــــز :
تمنح جوائز المسابقة الدولية علي النحو التالي :
ثلاث جوائز لكل قسم من أقسام الأفلام + شهادة تقديرية
1. الفائز الأول ( تمثال ذهبي )
2. الفائز الثاني ( تمثال فضي )
3. الفائز الثالث ( تمثال برونزي )
جائزة غـزة الخاصة وتمنح لأفضل فيلم ترشحه لجنة التحكيم
اضافة الى جائزة الأوسكار الذهبي ترشحه الجمعية المصرية العربية للثقافة والإعلام والفنون

Festival Cam List
Cam International Film Festival for Documentary and Short Films
An international festival for short films of all three types, held in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Arab and European countries
Organized by the Egyptian Arab Society for Culture, Media and Arts, headed by its founder, director Dr. Alaa Nasr.
International short film competition
In this competition, short film means: feature film, documentary film, and animated film. Two sections were added to the competition in the eighth session of the festival: (Artificial Intelligence Film Competition - and Content Creators Competition).
Participation from all countries of the world is accepted, provided that the year of production of the film is only two years before participation (this is an exception for this session only due to the cessation of the festival in the previous period. The film is approved to be shown at the festival after the recommendations of the viewing committee, which includes five filmmakers, and the festival administration accepts the participation of all films on a valid flash drive). The screening has audio and video, and it is approved after the two copies arrive and presented to the viewing committee after the door for receiving films is closed. Participating films are accepted and received before the festival date, from January to August.
Competition conditions
1. The running time of the short narrative film must not exceed 30 minutes
2. The showing time of the documentary or documentary film must not exceed 30 minutes.
3. The duration of the animation film must not be less than 1 minute and must not exceed 30 minutes.
Awards:
International competition prizes are awarded as follows:
Three awards for each film section + a certificate of appreciation
1. First winner (golden statue)
2. Second winner (silver statue)
3. Third winner (bronze statue)
The Gaza Special Award is given to the best film nominated by the jury
In addition to the Golden Academy Award, he was nominated by the Egyptian Arab Society for Culture, Media and Arts
